Yes...I think its important to continue buying serenity firefly stuff..it shows a want and demand for more...
Also, I believe if you buy five at best buy...you get a $20 giftcard...so buy four for others and one for yourself and you get a little bonus...

Out of curiosity it does seem logical that buying the Dark Horse/DST Serenity stuff would kick back some more revenue to the movie's overall kitty right? Anyone know how licensing stuff like that works? It sure does! Paramount has funded weak-performing Star Trek projects (like the last couple years of Enterprise) where they were actually losing money on the show, but essentially used it as advertising. Since Star Trek merchandising is so popular, they continued the show just to maintain a Star Trek presence and keep the brand going. So ancillary products can definitely support getting movies/TV made.

Don't mean to bump an old thread, but Firefly seems to be getting cheaper and cheaper. I've seen it go for $17, and occasionally $15. I think Costco may even have it for less
