WOW, your prop displays are great. I'd love to get into collecting some screen used props, but I never know where to begin.

Just make sure you know the history of the item (I, personally, unless I knew the person or company - would not use ebay to get props, etc) - Fox auctions are fine - within reason, just make sure you ask questions and the item is actually been screen used and you know who you are getting it from and where it came from, etc. I know the history completely on every prop I own. It is a REALLY fun hobby, but can get expensive quick. ;-) I started really small, just trinkets - and moved my way up slowly to a full obsession. lol. ;-)

She is getting a wall display case made for her.
I know this is off the subject, but what do you think of Rob Zombies "Halloween", have you read about the script?

( wouldn't think so lol) I haven't read the script but i have heard things about the movie and i thing it will be ok - i am happy that Danielle Harris will be in it , but i hate that it has no connection to the other series, i really want one more movie to tie together H1- H2- H7- H9 with H4- H5- H6 . anyway i will still see the movie more than once because i have never seen a 'Halloween film at the movies what do you think of the movie ?

Nope, it would be a LONG plane flight from there. ;-) Most people that come over do not get the Buffy thing (they like the Halloween, Freddy, Snakes on a Plane, etc), but give me a hard time on Buffy. It does not matter to me, it was/IS the best show ever shown and has the most meaning to me. ;-)

Wow, mikey, your props collection is breathtaking! So many cool things!! Say, did all of those props come with the display cases (the stake/urn in particularly) or did you buy these somewhere? I've been looking for something similar for few other items I want to display under-glass on my desk.

Most of the cases I had custom made for them. The stake came with case, the urn I had the case made. The cases run anywhere from $300-$450.00 depending on size, etc. But, they are well worth it, so professional and amazing in person.
