Here's their press release:
I'm thinking mini block-style figures would be similar to the Marvel Minimates. Awesome news!!!

I think I'm going to be needing a bigger apartment... I'm already out of room for Buffy stuff.

I think I'm going to be needing a bigger apartment... I'm already out of room for Buffy stuff. But these are little, cute, and include interchangable parts! Plus it's a GREAT way to get secondary characters that might not otherwise be immortalized in plastic. Hooray!

More stuff, how cool! I would love some kind of scythe/sword/stake/all of the above. I hope the little mini block figures are cute. I'm going to go broke buying Buffy stuff. I think I need to win the lottery.

Take a look at Art Asylum's Minimates. They are about 2" tall and sport TONS of articulation.

Hooray! hee.. that should tell you how much of a space crunch I have It's more the prop replicas I'm thinking about though... I wonder how big they're going to be. I guess I COULD move part of my buffy collection to another room.

Most Minimates, for example are articulated as follows...
Ball-jointed head, shoulders, and hips Hinged elbows and knees Swivel waist, wrists, and feet.
That's 14 points of articulation.... same as the Willows!

oh wow, this is so exciting! I'm so glad that there's all this new Buffy merchandise coming out. New figures, sideshow dolls, minimates, prop replicas... Happy me! It's great that even though the show's over, we're still getting all this stuff.
