I really like the whole tombstone idea, and all the variant possiblities. I can't wait to see all the amazing customs people do for these. You and me both...plus there will enuff variation in the basic line to re-create nearly any scene from the TV shows. I can't wait for the first person to make short Buffy films with the block figs.

Hi, dust666! Welcome! Thanks for the info. Do you have any more info on the prop replicas? is there a final decision on the Scythe issue?

I will try and find out tomorrow and post info as soon as I find out. I have been waiting to get all the Prop info. Now seems as good a time as any.

My vote is for a Buffy-Bot prop.

Everyone is putting a Buffy in every single line because you and some other people on this board are thinking of these in action figure perspective. These are totally different and so the reasoning behind each set is gonna be different than ones that say DST does. I say put a Buffy in every line because these seem to be based on the seasons, or at least it sounded that way from the info posted. It'd be pretty lame to have season 1 Buffy, but then a season 4 Buffy, and you're missing 2 & 3 or something like that. So Buffy in every line is a smart move for people to be making. It's more realistic in thinking- No, I'm not please don't tell me how i'm thinking. I just don't think it would be that interesting to have a Buffy in every line when between season 2 - 4 her look didn't change that much cept her hair got longer. I think series one, series five, series six and series seven she has some distinctive looks, but not so much in the other 3.

Maybe it's cause I watch the show religiously, but I def think that Buffy's look has changed over the seasons and I personally would LOVE to see a new Buffy put in with every line! For a figure line based on Buffy The Vampire Slayer, I think we should have a TON of Buffys!!!!

The lineup looks great, there's a lot of really cool ideas here! Although I'm much less enthused about the inclusion of exclusives and chase figures. I've had more than enough of my fill of not being able to easily (and affordably) get complete sets of other lines.

I agree. i don't see the need for exclusives if every figure has the ability to become a varient on it's own. and alot of people were talking about the lack of an angel figure in series 1, but the way i see it, he may have been in buffy season 1, but he was the main villain in season 2.

Guys, I can't wait until I can let you know eactly what the exclusives and chase figs will be, cause I think you'll be happy with the fact that they just expand on the already existing lineup of characters, and therefore NOT spending the time and money track them down, if that bothers you that much, won't hurt your enjoyment of the line and it's playability or customizability.
That said, for those of us with completist disorder, (and believe me, I stand firmly in this category) they will be fun to have in your collection and will only add to the ability to create the widest array of display possibilities.

Cool! It seems like they took a lot of ideas we had for the regular figures and put them to use with these little guys. I'm excited!
