I was lucky enough to get the City Of exclusive Angel figure on the wait list but i haven't heard anything about it since an email saying my wait list reservation will turn into an order on 2006-12-30. I got another email telling me that it's now become an order and then at the bottom it said:
Please note that your collectible may still be in pre-order status and listed as 'Order Placed'. If this is the case, then your card will not be charged until the item arrives into our warehouse and begins to ship out to you.
Now i know it isn't a pre-order item so i can't understand why this is taking so long. The Lorne figure is the same
I got an email saying that it'll be enroute to the EU warehouse and they'll charge my credit card on the 8th but again nothing has happened. I had a hard time making sure the money was there for them to take aswell but it's not been touched.
I can't get my head around this at all. When i bought Cordelia the process was quite fast so i cant understand why this is taking forever, Weren't Sideshow shipping products to the EU warehouse to make sure the shipping process was quicker? Pfft, it's obviously not working.
I've requested a call back from Sideshow seeing as they're not answered my emails. Weather they'll call is another thing
