CustomDawg or Louie is also the main guy behind Triad Toys triadtoys.com/estore/index.jsp . They will be releasing a new 1/6 scale body this November. When they come out my PG Buffy and Subway Spike are getting an upgrade. Those look great! Thanks for the link. I'll be looking for these in November to do the same with my PG Buffys and my Subway Spike. Heck, maybe even Cordy if this body is taller and more curvier than what we actually get with her.

I was looking at my "Hush" Buffy and had to put a pair of tan pants that I had lying aroud for a custom job. I was so sick of those horrible leggings!
Now I've got an idea in my head to make a Buffy from "Spiral" out of her, or Buffybot in the leather gear, depending on your perspective. There's some intersting stuff on eBay for Cy Girl and Hot Toys outfits and accessories I've noticed.

They're good because they look more realistic but it's not like we're gonna be undressing the figures to see their naked bodys, well i know i'm not unless it's one of Angel, LOL. How would you change their body's anyway? Won't that break the figures?

I might be able to find a tailor soon to make some costumes for Buffy and co. Haven't decided yet which costumes and so open to suggestions? If it works out, might be able to get some made for you guys too.

the bodies are fully painted so that gives them that 'resin' look $39.99 retail with a earlybird preorder of $34.99. each figure comes with removable/swapable eyesand hair, different hands/feet and a changable chest (one more 'natural' like in the pics, and one more 'enhanced'. that means muscles for boys and perkier chestess for the ladies). there will be 3 different skintones each with a different headsculpt. certian characters, like PG Buffy and Subway Spike, show alot of skin or have outfits that cling. the Sideshow body leave alot to be desired when it comes to those kind of figures. this is an option if someone wants it. in addition, shortly after the release of Triad's new bodies (called EVAs and EVOs) they will start releasing body accessories. longer/shorter shins and forearms will let you make taller/shorter figures. new torso releases will let make heavier/fat characters or ladies with generous um..assests. imformation can be found here www.triadtoys.com/estore/index.jsp

Extremly cool clothing. Thanks for that link, koipond. It's pretty easy to swap out heads on the big ones--same techniques you would use with Tonners or the smaller figs. A favourite method is wrapping the head and neck in a heating pad. That gives you the softening with the damage from a blow-dryer. Take it easy & go slow. YOu might practise on some cheapies from the thrift store first.

I finally found out who that 12'' Male figures head sculpt looks like. Wentworth Miller the guy who plays Gage Petronzi in Go Fish Hes starring in Prison Break now. If he didn't have that Curley hair I think he would look alot like him.

Barbie wear will fit these girls pretty well, though some pieces maybe tight How about male Barbie figures wear for Sideshow male figures? Thinking most of the Sideshow figures I have now look suitably attired so unlikely to change them out... maybe just swap some casual wear jackets and shoes (done for Xander and Oz). Although I still think Willow's wear needs to be completely changed...
