Hi Everyone,
I was reading through some of the posts about Moore at San Diego Comic-Con. I did not see certain Willow figures mentioned for their availability for order, so if this has already been posted elsewhere, I apologize in advance.
Items I pre-ordered at Con:
Willow Action Figure Vamp Willow Action Figure Dark Willow Action Figure Faith Statue Dark Willow Statue Hush Statue
Donna was the one who wrote up my order. All three Willow action figures are available through the generosity of Cinequest.

I spoke to both Clayburn Moore And Donna at the Con, and was told by both of them that the Vamp Willow was available, and Donna did take my order for it. That's all I know for sure.

I hope I hope I hope! Vampire willow was the one I really wanted. By the way if they do make all three then why not put them in a box set?

I'm happy about this, but let's not call Cinequest generous. They're simply taking the easiest figures to sell and releasing them to a market where they have the common sense to know there is huge demand. Simple business, they want the money! Of course they may be fans too, but if they were really "generous" I'd be getting my Adam figure!

I think that they are being generous. Even if they are in it for the money, they're partly responsible for getting these figures back to us. Who knows...maybe your Adam figure will come soon enough...

Hi Everyone, I just returned from the last day of Comic-Con here in San Diego. Eliza Dushku was here today to premiere her pilot of Tru Calling. I couldn't get an autograph but I took lots of pictures of Eliza at the panel (crosses fingers the pictures come out 'OK'). After hearing that people still had questions about the availability of the Vamp Willow Action Figure I went back to the Moore Booth to double check. Mr. Moore told me that the Vamp Willow is 'definately' being made. Whether it is to be announced as an exclusive figure or if the three figures are going to be offered as a boxed set is still under discussion though. He said they will be updating the site with information after they return from Comic-Con, but the six items that I pre-ordered and mentioned in my original post are definately being produced. He had told me of two other statues he was going to make. Both I'm 'really' looking forward too, but since he did not bring samples of them or mention them again after our initial conversation I decided not to list them until there was an official announcement. As far as Moore producing any Darla figures, I don't know. I think they are going to wait and see what happens with the Willow figures. I hope any of this information was helpful. Karen

Karen...PLEASE share the two statues with us. Promise I won't get my hopes up for anything!
Also, I hope that the figures are in their own separate blister cards...I don't like box sets.

I too went to the con and spoke to Donna. I'm just glad they're going to try to put out the Willows. The mini-statues I saw (Dark Willow and Faith) look very good. The Faith looks just like the action figure but with a sculpted jacket.
I hope they try to release the Angel II line in this format because I don't think the figures line will be picked up by another company. Of course I prefer the action figures but I'll take any new Buffy/Angel character any way I can get them and besides, they'll look good with our action figure collection. Also, we may finally get our mini diaramas with these statues.

I think MAC could make some money if they tried to release just the statue bases by themselves made with a cheaper material, that would fill the void of dioramas

There wouldn't be much of a demand for the statue bases by themselves. If MAC/Moore can't sell enough pre-orders for Anya, Tara, and Angel II, how are they going to sell a Magic Box and School Library base? Any way, I would like to get the the mini-statue Anya and/or Tara with the Magic box base. I would want a Wesley/Lorne smini-satue with any possible Hyperion base.

Dear Flobbo and CMK1887,
When I talked to Mr. Moore on Wednesday he listed off several statues he was doing, the Faith, Dark Willow and the Hush statues, and he mentioned two others that he was planning to do. I was surprised that he had three of them far enough along to display them at the Con on Friday. I got the impression that the other two statues were either still on the drawing board or were somewhere still in their early designing process. I honestly don't know how far along they are, so I'm a little wary about whether they will be completed. I don't say this because I don't think Mr. Moore doesn't 'really' want to make them. I'm worried that 'IF' they aren't made people will be 'REALLY' disappointed if they knew about them and then were told they weren't going to be made.
I honestly only mentioned them to show people that Mr. Moore was still eager to make more Buffy items and that this latest batch of product wouldn't be the end. I was honestly not trying to tease anyone with this information. I would feel more comfortable waiting until I see the information Moore puts in their update before 'I' start announcing something they aren't ready to announce. I hope you can understand my reasoning here, and will forgive my being over cautious.
