Guess Anya Parts for Variants

OK,
So I am thinking Wedding Anya, regular Anya, OMWF Anya and Obiously Anyanka, we need new hair (and in one case) face sculpts. The Willows were all made from only a few parts considering the number of combinations we'll be getting, so how do you think MAC and DST will reuse Anya's Parts?

I belive that the in-progress pics of Naked ANya were made so they could sculpt different clothing over her body.

Regular Anya: Naked body with top and skirt.


OMWF Anya: She'll be fairly easy, just new hair (I pray she gets new hair), and butterfly shirt sculpt over nude torso. Everything else will be the same as the regular. If they are going to give her new hair, they could give her a new, singing face, but I'm not too sure that could happen seeing as the Emma approval or scan or whatever would cost more.

Anyanka: New face sculpt and demon hands, and new long sleaved shirt and jeans (think ANyanka from selfless when she battles Buffy). Her hair could be from the OMWF Anya.

New Bunny Anya: Anyanka's shirt and jean with regular Anya's head and hands. (this figure would be ALL reused parts.

Wedding Anya: Same Arms and face as regular. She'll need new hair and I bet she'll have a new, non articulated, solid body from the shoulders down sculpted over the original, but you wouldn't be able to see the legs any way.

7 Willows totaled: 3 heads, 4 torsos, 4 sets of hands, 3 sets of arms from the elbow down, 1 set of legs

To do the 4 Anya I suggested, we need:
4 heads (only 3 new ones), 4 torsos, 2 sets of hands, 2 sets of arms, 3 set of 'legs'.

That doesn't seem too excessive does it? What do y'all think they will turn out like? I know the skirt on Wedding Anya could be fabric, but I don't think DST will do down the fabric road. Also, OMWF Anya could have sleeves and a frilly skirt bottom, but the sleeves could be minor and the frills are unneccesary.

I think they need 3 head sculpts dependent on what OMWF Anya they do. IF it's Butterfly then they need four heads. If not, they need 3 as her hair is curly, blonde and shoulder lengthed in "Hells Bells" and "OMWF" so I imagine they'll have the same heads.

Hells Bells and OMWF will, either way, need new body sculpts. As a matter of fact i believe Bunny Anya is the only one who wont need it's own body scuplt.

No fabric skirt, fabric clothes on figures makes them DOLLS, these aren't dolls.

I personally, think they will all be made from that basic naked body.

Original will be what we've seen. OMWF will be new hair and new top. Wedding will have the same pose and stuff, just different hair and dress. It can still have shoulder and elbow and wrist articulation. The Bunny anya has been said to be the same top just with jeans instead of a skirt. I say use that for Anyanka as well, just cover up some of her arms because we dont really know what vengeance demon skin looks like on the stomach and arms, just hands and face and neck.

We know from hand to middle of arm and the upper chest. Anyas whole upper arm and shoudlers are shown.

What about Wedding Anya's veil is sculpt or fabric?

my thoughts exactly. if its sculpted and sculpted badly...you can cut it off and put in an order for jedidoug to make one for ya out of fabric. same if it comes with no veil. just give jedi doug a pm

I meant that Wedding Anya will still have arm articulation, but not leg or maybe even not waist as I don't think Emma could move that much in it anyway.

As for Bunny Anya, will her current arms work with the suit? They are so close to her side where at least Willow had some more space.

I said long sleeved shirt because the Willow torsos are radically different (even if it is only the paint job). That shirt that Anya currently has is pretty unique and would be obivously similar on three figures. Plus the skin (if not covered will probably be painted to look demony and they doesn't sound too appealing to me. Not to mention, OMWF Anya in Butterfly top and Selfless Anya have identical hair, and would be a way to get a brunette Anya and use part of an existing sculpt.

Also, 4 of the Willows were episode specific. OMWF, and Hells Bells Anyas are, why not a Selfless Anyanka too.

You're probably right, but I'd like these figures to be as different as possible and the top just doesn't work as well for the other figures as something (anything) else would.

I'm also anti-fabric and I think DST knows that we're against it, so they won't go there.
