Not the best but pretty good. I liked the way they kept the opening sqeance with the chased girl (Alias anybody? ). And I liked the few amusing joke, Anyanka and Anya-Spike-Buffy fight. However, I didn't like monster of the week - not that scary or original. And the final revelation with Spike was good but, IMO, could've been done a lot better with a different script. But overall, enjoyable episode. 7.5/10.

I really loved this episode! Xander has someone new to flirt with, the Anya-Spike fight/interaction was cool. I liked the story with the Ronnie demon worm, that was good. I also loved the emotional ending with Buffy realising that Spike has a soul now.
Loved this great episode! 10/10

Okay episode held up by an awesome moment - Season 7 to a tee.
Spike's revelation at the end of the episode is one of the many killer season 7 scenes. Nicely acted, heart squashingly unravelled, and him laying on the cross is some mighty pretty imagery. The bug demon is kinda different and quite nice looking for Buffy CG, but such a backseat element you don't notice. The rest of the episode has some nice character interaction and jokes and there's a little more tension building about that thing that eats you, starting with your bottom.
All in all, pretty good. 7/10
