I agree with James; not only is was one of the weakest episode of the series it was a lousy season finale.
Connor being manipulate that easily always annoyed me. True he has trust issues but he also supposed to have a brain - yet he doesn't use it.
Cordy and Angel's love revelation was the most unnecessary plot ME could ever come up with. It's like pairing Buffy and Xander - they were good friends far too long to discover intimate love at this point.
I did like the direction ME took for Wes; and thankfully with this season over they can fix most of these issues in the next season.
5/10.

I agree largely with Loir on this.
Angel/Cordy is almost incest. Wes is the only real reason to rewatch season 3 on the whole, especially the last half of the season. Groo was so underused it's criminal. I wish they'd left him out of season 3. His inclusion was pretty much entirely unnecessary; and in a season with Darla and Holtz also returning from angel's past it just got a bit silly. Connor... he's great. I do rather love him. His mislead retrubution is awesome to watch. The only problem is that it leaves a very anticlimactic season finale. Cordy rising to the heavens? I didn't much like it when I first saw it; the only thing thats changed is season 4 came along and comepltely MURDERED the character so it has less impact lol.
