When it comes to Buffy, my favourite part of the show is usually the Willow/Tara/Magic parts- but to be honest, i just found this episode so corny! I felt it was created for the younger fans and i was a younger fan at the time and still found it crap!
The Willow/Tara scene was full of tension and heartbreak. It was very upsetting to watch this beautiful couple deteriorating. After such a happy tone episode before with all the singing, this episode really took that happiness and cheerfulness out of the storyline with Giles and Tara leaving. The spell was an OK idea to do, but i felt there should have been more drama in it.
Maybe the fact i find the episode so corny was the shark-demon. I know it was done for a joke, but with the episode being on such a depressing tone- this demon just didn't fit at all! I would say the best bit of the episode was Michelle Branch's amazing performance at the end of the episode.
7.

I actually really like this episode.
It may be kinda childish and was more of a Charmed typed episode I still enjoyed it.
the losing of the memories was funny to watch with all the characters making up their own names/backstory etc. The shark demon was a little lame but at the same time he was kinda funny. And as Afer said, the michelle branch (who I Love!) performance was awesome and fit with the footage so well! Overall good episode but angel did it better with 'Spin the bottle'.
8/10

I never understood this episode.
I found it too pointless for words. And the costume was just the most unrealistic thing ever.
I would have hoped for a better episode for the Willow/Tara relationship to end.
And I never understood why there's the whole watershed restriction on this episode over here in the UK. It's not allowed to be aired until after 9pm, along with "Hush" and "The Body", but I get the reasons for them, just not this... thing. It's pure cheese. I didn't like it in the slightest.
I don't wish to rate this episode. But it'd be low. Oh yes.

This is one of the funniest episode in the season. Lot's of good moments to light the depressing issues that were left at the end of OMWF.
IMO, definitely a 9/10 kind of episode.

It feels strange for me to see all the mixed reactions about this episode. It's actually one of my favorites (top 20 at least). I like that everyone gets to be innocent for just a moment, like they are not the slayer, vampire, witch, watcher, demon, but bystanders who live in this world they really know nothing about. Then, very suddenly, it all comes crashing back down on them. It's emotional in that way, to have your innocence torn away for the second time in their lives.

I loved this episode for its humour and emotional ending. I like the part when they are trying to piece everything together. When Dawn makes a joke out of her necklace, I don't know why but that really stuck with me and my sister. Also Michelle's performance at the end just went in perfectly and made me cry. I love that song, but I was sad about Willow and Tara breaking up.

My roomate, after years of protesting, finally allowed me to present her with Buffy. We made it all the way to season 6 and then she exclaimed to me that she was insane for waiting so long to watch it in the first place. She actually watched OMWF & Tabula Rasa, and then watched them both AGAIN. It was very amusing for me to see her do this. Randy Giles, I mean c'mon? Some of the best lines ever are in this episode, it's wondeful, especially with knowing all the darkness that is coming up in the season.
