Not a bad episode. Some cool villains, a real sense of tension with the bounty hunting, and a great cliffhanger ending.
The Ice skating idea was the biggest device ever! Truly shocking! So blatently there just to set up a different kind of fight scene. The aftermath is touching tho'
8/10

Another good episode. The baddies are a little oerhyped as Buffy takes them out easy but still a good idea. Kendra is a great idea and works really well. An 8 out of 10

We not only get to listen to one bad accent in this episode, but two! Lucky us!
I do think the whole blah blah sacred duty-cakes blah blah was a little bit over done. We get it. And seriously, dontcha think Angel could have broken out of that little measley cage? You could see the damn thing bend when it was pushed.
This episode also brings us into the gruesome, yet loving relationship that is Spike and Dru. We begin to question how these two could have such a relationship, while lacking a soul. While we learn in later episodes this doesn't really apply to Dru, we also get the character of Spike fleshed out and the exploration of past in future episodes.

Cordy and Xander were great. I loved the bit where she invited the bug man in for free samples. And as always, Spike & Dru were really cool. I like the idea of the bounty hunters - but would have prefered a few GRRR ARGH!! baddies that could give Buffy a really fight. I liked the ending with Kendra - a great cliffhanger!

It’s one of my favorite season 2 episodes. I still remember how speechless I’ve got after watching the ending with Kendra saying “I’m Kendra the vympire slayer”.
Besides that, Joss did it again, after establishing a specific mythology he smashed it with a new fact that changes it all.
Also, it begging one of the most unexpected relationships of the show – Cordy & Xander, and once again Joss shows us that everything is possible…probably to prepare us for the return of Angelus.
I’d grade it as 9 out of 10.
