A Classic!!! I have watched this episode so amny times and never get bored. I love every bit of it. My fav bit has to be Willow trying the lemonade and then when Cordy is being mean telling her to have some. 10 out of 10

Fell in love with Spike from this very first episode, my little Count Schmoopula.
My only gripe with this episode was they never explained why St Vigeous gives the vamps heightened power, and if it happens every year shouldn't they know when it falls? Exposition my flaky friend.
And hey David acts a little bit in this episode! Go David!
Xander throwing that tampon up in the air, will crack me up each and every time. And a little foreshadowing to Restless, with Joyce peeking behind the crack in the door. No? No? Okay maybe just a little?
Here's something I pondered on a bit while watching, anyone ever think subconciously Willow cheerleaded Buffy and Angel's relationship so much to keep her away from Xander?

A brilliant episode! i too love the lemonade gags, but i love when Cordelia and Willow are locked in the cupboard. Cordy is praying and Willow asks her to pray for some asprin. i thought that was hilarious! it also gives me something good to think about when parent/teacher night comes around. 10/10

Like abcfan said, definitely a classic.
First of all, it introduces two off the coolest villains on Buffy. Secondly, the entire episode is simply brilliant; it’s funny, it’s thrilling, it’s full of action and it has its scary moments.
Alos, Raven, your theory is quite interesting and possibly right, if you think about it. Of course it won’t mean Willow’s less of a character because of it but it actually makes her more human.

I love this episode. It is funny, and is really suspenseful. It introduces two of the best characters in the series and just cracks me up with Cordelia and Willows insults.
10/10

Dear god I loved this one!
As some critics have said about it before, the appearance of Spike and Dru brought a breath of fresh air to the whole proccedings with this episode.
They brought a whole new 'breed' of Vampire into the series, For the first time we saw vamps who actually (in their own twisted way) cared about each other and worked as a team. And of course it's the first appearance of Spike who would go onto become one of the shows most 'evolved' characters.
The moment I first saw him turn his vamp face to human at Dru's appearance, I feel in love with him.......

Sorry to bring up an old thread but when Sheila asks Buffy if she burnt down a school building one time, Buffy replies "Well, not actually one time" implying that she burnt down more than one? Any thoughts on this?
