I have had unnatural amounts of plastic surgery! Just Kidding. I did have a bit of surgery but nothing to do with weight!  I stoped drinking pop (well, i sneak a diet coke here and there) and I have started eating 5 lean meals a day instead of 3 big meals. I have tried to cut out sugar and flour but thats realy hard. I have managed to cut back consideribly though. I have also been doing this bootcamp thing I found in a magazine and that has been amazing. Thanks for noticing!  |
