I never made judgmental comments when your hair was green. Purple is my favorite color. I was fantasizing about a dress this very color, and I found it. I was so excited. Sorry you don't like it, Shivi. But I think that's the best part of the dress. |

I am suffering from a lack of new Girl Power pictures. Come on me Maria, I need my fix or I will be going cold turkey. :-) You're cracking me up, Paul. Are you mocking me? I thought I'd overloaded everyone! Here's one I took this past Saturday before I went to a friend's wedding. I also wore a wide brimmed black hat with this outfit. I was so excited about the dress! I bought it the day before at Ross for just $20. It's really soft and even has a lining. Very comfortable. I'm a big bargain hunter, or, put another way, a cheapskate.  YOWZA! Maria you are truly stunning! The hair, the dress the smile!... you are a real Beauty Never call yourself a cheapskate.... Thrifty is the term I would use...and there is absolutely nothing wrong with getting a good bargain!  ;D |

You guys are making me feel much better about turning 36 on Sunday! I'm all about the bargain, Wyatt. I'm much happier wearing something if I know I didn't spend much on it. Plus, if it gets stained or ruined, I'm not upset, because it didn't cost much to start with! I don't mind calling myself cheap. But I'm generous with tipping service people and helping others out. It's just buying stuff that brings out my Scottish cheapness. |

I have an agreement with God to send me men who cook and don't watch (American) football. I put off eating when my husband is out of town, because cooking is such a pain. But I eat mostly salads, raw veggies, and fruits, so it's pretty easy for me to make something for myself. I hate waiting on other people,though.  That's why I have no kids! Thanks for all the AMAZING compliments, Paul. Since I'll be 36 in only two days, I'm so happy for any compliments I can get! |
