*new pics can be found here, thanks to Lior for taking them) Hey All Lior commissioned me to make a Gift Buffy, ive made this before, and its been done alot over the years, so we opted for something different. Lior also mentioned that he was running out of space, so we come up with the idea to mount the base on the wall. The base was made from Jack (from Lost) voice box from the base, i hollowed it out, and added some strength by adding brackets etc. there are 2 brackets on the outside to screw her to a wall. i then added some mesh, metal poles and card to make the tower. Buffy was made from legs from Erin (Texas Chainsaw) Lesson dawn torso and upper arms and Erin lower arms (i like the hand poses) Anyways, i sculpted her JUST leaping off the tower. This was so i coul attach her foot to the base, which is done with a peg and another peg that sits ontop of the base for support. I sculpted her with blowy hair and top and painted her looking serene and content. Id love to know what you think, im sorry about my hand being in all the shots, the base isnt strong enough to hold her without being screwed to a wall Wayne

That's a really good idea and perfectly constructed! Excellent job on all counts!
The base looks exactly right. What a great idea to make it wall-mounted.
The angle of her body works perfectly and the proportions are spot on. I love this piece!

As I told you previously, she looks great! Ever since I got from Jess Sasha's diving Buffy I wanted a custom of her leaping (not to mention I wanted to own another custom by you ever since you sent me that Angel bust) and with limited space in my room this is the perfect way to work out both accounts. I love how well she turned out and cannot wait to add this piece to my collection. ;D

Wow, what a unique idea for a custom! Everything looks great, painting, sculpting, positioning. I'm sure this is going to look amazing on Lior's wall. Kudos!!

Perfection.
She looks amazing!
My only critic is that her hair seems a little dull, wasn't Buffy a high-lighted blonde in Season 5?

Lovely work, Wayne. The pose is perfect, and a fantastic sculpt...I especially love the 'flowiness' of her hair. Beautifully painted overall and just sooooo creative! Kudos. p.s. The hand poses do work well, so nice choice on that.

Now that's what I like to see. Quite difficult to make, I'm sure. Sure does beat the single figure just standing on a base, hey? I'm not so sure I'm crazy about the line in the hand. Otherwise everything looks well constructed and painted!

Excellent custom, I really like this original idea, and great concept, very well use of materials and paintjob, does she have movement in the left wrist?

I like the idea of putting a custom on a wall, especially a custom who's falling. Those legs work very well for this one. But there's a little problem on the right sleeve, near the shoulder and the left hand seems broken.

thanks for the comments guys all i can say is, there isnt a break in the figure. The right shoulder, ive never noticed before, it wasnt prominant in the figure, im guessing the shadows cast during the photo made it look worse ALSO, the hand...it had a bracelet on. i didnt notice it until after i painted the flesh and face. so i didnt wanna dremel it off and have to resculpt and repaint (matching the skintone is very hard) Thanks for the comments tho Look out for more customs, im also taking commissions, so drop me a line if your interested thanks Wayne
