Why have we closed the original thread?

A lot of forums seem to do that when a thread gets too long. I guess it has to do with memory or space or something like that. I don't know the technical reason why, but I know it happens a lot.

I have updated my collection, i will try to get some pics soon.
Just a quickquestion, what figures does everyone display in their library playset, if you have one. I know it is a DST product, but I only have my MAC figures in there, cuz they are like earlier series/episodes and so is the library.

Kurt Nothing is displayed at the moment, but in the new year they'll get a new airing. I specifically only purchased Season 1-3 characters so that they'd be okay in the library! I have a couple of Buffys, two Faiths and one of most other key characters. So it gives me a lot of posing options, allowing me to rotate and update it every so often. Okay, so my favourite Buffy is the OMWF one but heck, I won't tell if you won't. Very few Buffy fans will ever see it to challenge me on it so ner!!!

Great collection I love the display cabinet. I need to get one of those to display all of my figures. Where did you get it. Also I like how you grouped the figures together. The only thing I noticed is theres a Together Forever willow, but no Tara they should be together LOL.

Thanks Barb I got the display cabinet from a really great second hand furniture store. The Buffy shelf is still a work in progress once I get a new Dawn and Willow I can put the Together Forever and Summers family sets together so Wllow and Tara wil be reunited! Plus my TF Tara has a damaged nose so she can't be at the front.

Buffyfanumerouno! It's like Buffy in Imax, surroundsound and smell-o-vosion - all at once. Do you, like, have to lseep standing up in the corner or something?
I am seriosuly, seriously gob-smacked and impressed at both the breadth of tiems you have, and the way that you've taken a fairly random approach to your display that works really well!
I love it.

Thanks for the compliments. gibbspaulus: pretty soon I will have to sleep in a corner. My bed is in the room as well, it just wasn't made so I didn't get to take a pic of the Buffy Bedspread and Buffy Pillows. Pretty soon I will be buying a Buffy Blanket made from 8 miles of yarn.

It was a bit hard to take pictures of the ceiling posters, I kind of had to twist my neck. My Dream is to eventually have a house and add a room on that looks exactly like the Sunnydale Library to put my entire collection in and use the bookshelves to display it as well as the walls, but the posters would all be in frames. My problem right now is my Bedroom has my bed, tv stand with tv, dvd player & VCR, my Armoire with stereo, , wii, gamecube, X Box, cd player, PS2 & (hopefully PS3 and X Box 360 this year) 4 DVD stands of DVDS (about 1600), nightstand and 2 curio cabinets with my collection. My room is so cramped that there is only room for me in it and maybe 2 other people at the most.

GEEZ, what are you, a surgeon? To have all those pricy game systems PLUS all the amazing Buffy items. I could never have all that on my salary!

Wow Jason, your collection is simply amazing ! Thanks for the new pics, it was a pleasure to watch them. I think that when you will be able to have a room only for your Buffy collection, it will be perfect for a better display, something like a museum dedicated to Buffy and Angel TV shows. I would be a honor to visit your room. Just an advice, you should clean the dust on the library playset and on the Attakus and Varner statues.
