I have big plans for the dress, rather they will work out or not, we will see.

This dress is basically a first draft. I am going to be covering the solid fabric with a few layers of a sheer fabric, not really pleats or ruffles but some swoopie things. I have some sheer fabric that I am going to be using to cover the top part of the dress. I am also going to use some chains as straps...very couture!

I just did this a few minutes ago. I am experimenting with digital coloring. There are a few flaws but overall I am pleased with it!

I just drew this. I am going to color it in photoshop.

I have an idea for my own comic series and I want to practice my digital coloring before I start it. I am thinking that the characters will be done in a style similar to this Elektra. Let me know what you think!

I have started work on a new set of garments.
This is two of them.
They are for a fashion show that I am heavily involved in.

They are 2 seperate pieces.
The knit is going to be open in the back so it can be sliped on as apposed to being pulled over the head.
The gold is about half of the top portion for a dress.

I will be sure to post more updated pics as I progress!

I am working on this for a class.
We have to pick a subject (GWEN!) and make 6 items representing them either in likeness or symbolism. I chose to paint a scene from the No Doubt video for Ex-Girlfriend!

Obviously, her nose needs work...Aside form that, I am thrilled with her likeness thus far. Also, I have only done the first of many layers on her skin.
I am about done with her eye, the pink makeup on her face, and what shows of her hair.

The thing in her hand is an old fashiond microphone. That too will be pink!

Be sure to let me know what you all think because I need feedback senc ethis is for my class. I want it to be the best it can!

I was going to make a seperate thread for it but I figured I would just add it into the mix here!

I usually go back to a painting after I have "finished" it and do some touch up work.

she is fabulous !
I so love the colours and her expression
the likeness is really good
the only thing I would suggest is adding a few highlights to the eyes, lips, fingernail and microphone

This is absolutely brilliant, I would love to see this in a graphic novel & I adore your latest picture of Gwen. The slight blurriness gives the impression of motion. Very clever.
Your copy of the Mark Ryden picture is outstanding. Is it a coincidence that she looks a little like Buffy?

Over hte last few months I have been UBER bussy organising a student fashion show. Every year, the department showcases the students creations but it is usually in a school hallway or in the school auditorium.
Well, this year was different. Myself and a few others were ellected to the group that organises these. We decided it needed to be nicer than in the past so we had it at a gallery and it went amazingly well!
Here are some pictures of my designs that were in the show.
They are going to be featured in a few papers and magazines too so I will be sure to post scans!

I started this painting a few hours ago. As you can see, the paint is still wet.
It is definately a work in progress so dont be too harsh
It is absed ont eh cover of Gwen's LAMB album.
It is oil on a 30X40 canvas.
