Lmao wot the hell! This is obv someone who has been on the fourm before, asshole! lmao Not necessarily. I found MsBig one or two years ago before I even found BtVSFigs. She’s on Google, she’s linked to a veirity of sites, and her name is mentioned on a few webpages here and there. Er… I’m no legal expert, but I’m not sure she can. I’m not sure if Battle Damaged Chosen Buffy is still in her possession, so I’m not sure she even has the rights over it. Nor do I think she had the power over a customized figure from an already-made figure. Again, I’m not sure. MsBig knows much more than I do on this matter. One this MsBig CAN do at this moment is to e-mail or somehow get in contact with Freewebs and ask them to shut down the website for stealing her images, and giving out false information. I've done ths before with different free website spaces. I just e-mailed the admin of website space and told them that someone has stolen my art (true, not just making it up), not credited me, and not linking me back, no asking my permission. They are almost always happy to do it.

i am almost positive she can.
If you put someone elses object (and her site is copywrighted, meaning you can't take things from there) and add it to another site, not even mentioning the persons name and saying it was made by someone else, that Is illegal,

Again, it depends. Copyright infringement goes a long way.
Also, it would be just plain melodramatic of MsBig to sue a low-key website that no body cares about. It would be much more logical to just ask for the site to be shut down for art theft. And MsBig is a very down-to-earth women, very smart and sharp.

Yes I do agree that she would never do that. I am just saying that if she wanted, and I am sure she wouldnt, she could get the site in trouble.

It looks fake, or at the very least sloppy, and I doubt he REALLY works for EA and is releasing their Info before them.
Though I would love a new Buffy game :-(

It looks pretty fake to me too. The spelling and capitalization is way off. If it was authentic I think EA would have picked someone who could write better than that, LOL. Plus authentic websites usually have much easier to read fonts.
I wish they would make a new Buffy game though....
