In the rare event of a lost package, a claim will not be filed until 60 days after the package is posted. Once claim funds are received by us, a refund or replacement will be processed.
well, my shipment has been 4 weeks since i bought on 1st oct. u have failed to reply to my numerous emails sent to

i have tolerated enough and have been patient enough. its not a good service if you are trying to get people to join your membership but only reply to people in the USA. thats not the point i joined your club since a long time ago. been supportive but your constant failure to reponse have took me a long verge of patience. i AM requesting for a refund and wil gladly purchase from other sites that may still offer better shipment and prompt replies.
i am truly disappointed knowing that even with bad nasty emails u do not reply. if u had the decency to reply or better yet give me a tracking number since the beginning of the shipment my mind would be of better peace. but i have been waiting and waiting.
this is too much,
i see no point in emailing this again as i am very certain and sure that you WONT reply. (come on, surprise me). if u;re short on staff, that makes no excuses or reason to not reply. its bad service. period
please contact me for refund asap as stated on your policy (or do u only use that for people in the US?)
