She's so beautiful! I don't get the Sideshow figures but I'm seriously considering getting this one. I am the same... Drusilla tempted me....but I was able to resist. However, with this Cordelia...it's all over...I need to own the Sideshow line...all of them! ;D

And I also did the Buffy/Cordy body switch and here's a picture: Cool...I wanted to try this...but I pulled at Cordelia's head a bit and got scared. How do you decapatate them? Boil and pop....or will they just pop off with enough pull?

You just have to pull hard until it pops off. It's not like a Barbie Doll's head that has a little movable ball thingy there (at least they used to when my kids were little). It's a long stick that's attached directly to the neck with a rounded, ball end. And careful with Buffy's shirt. The black dye in it can rub off on her face if you try pulling it over her head. I took off her head first. There was some of the dye on the body but you can't see it once the clothes are back on. I did end up smudging one of Cordy's hand's with it but at least it wasn't on her face!

I must say, I was a little apprehensive about this figure to begin with. She didn't really look like Charisma and the make-up left much to be desired. But now she looks awesome! You can see that she has a brilliant likeness to the actress and a good paint application. She really makes me want to collect the Sideshow figures because the quality on pieces like her are amazing.

The collector in me is silently screaming, "Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo" as you decapitate Graduation Day Buffy....one of the rarer Buffy figures. Oy. hehehe...I still can't figure out how customizers can do that to a perfectly mint figure. It breaks my itty bitty heart to see that. ;D I'm such a geek!

Yeah....I freaked out and couldn't do it. I pulled as hard as I could and couldn't get her head off....and just decided that it should stay put.
Oh...and on the missing bracelet if anybody was wondering. I called sideshow and they are shipping me just the bracelet, which is great because I really didn't want to pack up the whole figure and exchange it.

Hello! Sorry for the long absence... hopefully some of you still remember me Been really busy year end. I just got Cordelia last weekend and look forward to snapping some cool pics. Might take awhile though... still really busy and sorta short on ideas on what setup would be good to photo shoot Cordy. Could someone help explain to me the significance of the 2nd set of hands (without ring)?
