He looks really good. I can't wait to see the rest of him! I really am hoping to get him, I kind of missed out on the old Angel, so I can't wait to have him in my collection! Hes Awesome! I can't wait to see what other Angel figs we get!  |

it kinda looks ALMOST the same as the old one. but nontheless am stil getting it. jus need to figure out WHERE to display my angel line

I gotta make sure to get him, before he gets to high costing

I think he looks even better than the first one. I wasn't sure if I'd want to buy another human faced Angel figure, as I have the first one but I think it looks different enough to make it worth it. I also feel that this sculpt and expression would actually look better in the 'Becoming' outfit that the first Angel is wearing because his face looks slimmer, which is more how David's face looked back then. Anyway, I absolutely love it and think it's fantastic.

Boy, oh, boy! He looks stunning! I think the face is so much better than the first one. I can't wait until we see full body images I have high hopes for Cordys and Doyles now that I've seen this  In short, I think he's fantastic. |

I too think that he looks better than the Buffy version. I hope that he comes with the retractable stakes. I also hope that they plan on releasing a Cordelia figure around the same time as him.

YES! This figure looks so amazing, definately an improvement from 'Graduation Day' & 'Origins' Angel. There's also another tiny pic of him on the newsletter homepage...  BTW if anyone doesn't like this figure you really need your eyes testing, you can see they've put a lot of effort into this one. I reckon this will be the next 'Human-faced' Spike in terms of popularity. Lets hope the 'Angel' line stays like this, just think in a matter of months we could be getting our very first Cordy!!! |

I think he looks amazing!! A co-worker sitting behind me when I opened up the sideshow link thought it was a photograph of him. Nice job Sideshow! I can't wait to see the rest of it.

I'm really, really looking forward to this one. I think the likeness is to 'early Angel' is good and I'm also looking forward to seeing what other characters they're going to be realesing next. I so much much want a Wes!

I am glad to be getting another Angel, and this one looks better than the first. I thought the first one was fine, but this sculpt puts it to shame.
I'm dying to see the Cordelia they have planned! I really hope they've improved the female sculpting of the human characters. The last one we got (Willow) was really poor, so I hope they blow us away with an awesome Cordelia sculpt. Let's just hope that the end product matched the prototype. Again the Willow fiasco comes to mind...

Again the Willow fiasco comes to mind... Willow was never intended to look the way she did, there was some problem with the moulding process and it distorted her face. SC realised it anyway to save money, but I'm sure they learnt from that mistake since thousands of people cancelled their pre-orders and a few quit collecting the line altogether! As for Cordy (and Fred!!) I think it all depends on who they get to do the sculpt, I'm hoping that Andy Bergholtz & Oluf W. Hartvigson are connected to this line because they have both produced some beautiful figures. |
