I know what you mean. I was all ready to donate... then I saw the film discription - No thanks... I wouldn't count the movie out based on the description alone. There's SO much more to a movie than just a plot description -- the acting, the cinematography, the script, etc etc -- anything can make or break a film. And maybe it's a plot that's hard to describe, or the particular slant used in this description was one that didn't appeal to you, but another would. Take this, for instance. It's from a newspaper TV listing in Marin County: "Transported to a surreal landscape, a young girl kills the first woman she meets and then teams up with three complete strangers to kill again." Can you guess what movie it's describing? * * * Wizard of Oz.

I agree, I too collect all the figures including repaints. I don't want to buy the figure and then see this kind of thing happening again and again, charging exorbently high prices for a repainted figure. I probably will end up buying it so I have everything, but I've been putting it off. Does anyone know if there is a cut off date for ordering this figure? My biggest complaint is this. I collect all the figure. ALL of them. Even repaints. With exclusives like SDCC Dark Willow and World Tour Willow, a lot of people are forced to shell out big bucks in order to "complete" their collections. True, they're not being forced to do so, but if all the completionists stopped buying the line, it would hurt us all. That said, making a figure intentionally rare (pricewise) but not actually making it rare (seeing as how they're making 2000) sets precedent for some nasty exclusives in the future. I'd hate to see other figures be intentionally "rare" for the sole purpose of charging more money for them. I feel Benson Entertainment had the right idea in charging more than retail, but I think they're seriously overestimating demand for this figure. Sure, some people will be willing to pay that, but just like with eBay prices.... after the big spenders have got their figures, the average price drops substantially. (SDCC Dark Willow started at 300, now it's at 60). My only hope of getting this figure and thereby maintaining my collection is for Benson Entertainment to wise up and release an unsigned figure for a reduced price.

My wife bougth me one! She wasn't going to tell me and just let it arrive, but when they pushed the date back, she told me (she always has problems keeping surprises from me). She's the greatest!!! Although, I would have loved to have just gotten it in the mail and had no idea it was coming.

**The information below is from the Kitten Board.** Below is a picture of the sticker Diamond Select Toys claims will be on the Triangle Tara figure. (Disclaimer: this may not be the final design. DST often makes changes between now and actual production). A big thanks to the Kitten Board [particularly Kajun (kajy to us here at BtVSFigs)], to whom which Diane Benson provided the picture. -CMK

any word on getting this cheaper without the personalized message? It has been stated that the $125.00 price for this figure is going to stay as is. Some may see it as a high price for a figure when it's first released, but it'll be far more profitable to Benson Entertainment when all 2,000 figures have been sold. -CMK

that is going to hurt me so much not being able to get one, I clearly can't pay 125 buck + shipping for a figure, in canadain currency it make about 160$ +shipping! I just hope dst would have the right to make production sample one like Mac did wit the bunny anya, or they could have included triangle tara in the boxset but now we now there is no tara in the box set.......guess I won't ever get her

I just hope dst would have the right to make production sample one like Mac did wit the bunny anya I recently just got word from Benson Entertainment that there will not be any other way of getting a Triangle Tara figure other than buying one for $125. BE's deal with Diamond was that there was never to be another Triangle Tara made by them. Only 2,100 figures are being produced, and that's all. 2,000 of those are going to BE and will be sold for $125 (no more, no less). The other 100 are being produced for DST to give to VIPs. Based on this information, it's pretty safe to say that we won't be getting Triangle Tara in a boxset or at a cheaper price (unless the agreement changes). To add this figure to your collection, you're going to have to pay $125 or try to win one of BE's giveaways. -CMK

Just an update...
The Triangle Tara figure should ship around the same time as the W/T Two-Pack, which (according to Cinequest) should be released onor around December 8.

I imagine it will take some time for Amber Benson to personalize these.

I was under the impression that she would be getting them in the middle of November and they would be shipped out early December. I was just wondering because I would like to know when to expect it. Cinequest doesn't always send me a notice when they ship out items and I don't like packages sitting on my portch all day in the neighborhood I live in. Also, I REALLY want this figure

These figures were supposed to have arrived from overseas with the Willow & Tara Two-Packs. Even though they may have arrived, like Ham Salad said, it will take a little while for Amber to personalize each figure. Hopefully they will be out sometime this month. -CMK

Does anybody know if there is a dead line to order this figure by?
How many are there going to be? I heard 2000 but I saw 1000 somewhere else.
