Here's my question: Does anyone know if White Witch Willow will be available in the Suncoast and Tower Records stores?--Or will I have to order her from the internet or go to a specialty comic shop?

It looks the same as pre-production WW. I though she was coming with other accessories and a different base or is that only for the Spell Book Set? I am really confused

i thought that too but i guess it's just the box-set version. i wish i had ordered the boxset now. Again, it's NOT the box set version. Let me try to clear this up. MAC made the Pre-production White Witch Willow. It only has four points of articulation. The only accessory is the Scythe. It comes with a stone base. The figure itself is a bit larger than the other Willows. The carded White Witch Willow appears to be the same as the Pre-Production one. The box-set White Witch Willow is fully-articulated and is properly in scale with the other Willow figures. We do not know what accessories or bases (if any) the figures in the box set will have. I'm trying to find out. Hope that helps.

Time and Space Toys says Spellbook Vampire Willow has everytihng the carded version has. Spellbook Dark comes with same base, same bottle, same pouch, open spellbook(it doesnt say its being sucked but I imagine it will be), and green energy ball. Spellbook white comes with hardwoos floor with silverpentacle base, closed spellbook, blue tome book, and Slayer Axe/Scythe. The books that WWW come with are probably the same as Season 5/Transformations book except the green book will be blue obviously. Hope that helpes some JD and everyone else.

So...is the carded version the same as the pre-production version in size?
I can see that the articulation and accessories are the same.
If the carded version is identical, than I can cancel my pre-order for the carded one, as I already have the pre-production one.

If the carded version is identical, than I can cancel my pre-order for the carded one, as I already have the pre-production one. It is my understanding that the individually carded White Witch Willows are indeed identical to the Pre-Production ones. I have not seen them myself, but I have been in touch with people that have. The limited articulation, crappy packaging, lack of accessories, and out-of-scale figure are all making me think twice about buying an extra one to open. I probably will (just for the Scythe alone), but it is a little disappointing... Last we heard, the reason behind this disappointing turn of events was due to MAC. The White Witch Willow was supposed to be handled entirely by MAC. They had originally planned to include more articulation as well as a new base, but that was changed with no explanation. That's when DST stepped in and set up the Willow's Spellbook box set with Time and Space Toys in order to get an articulated White Witch Willow.

Thanks, JD. I do hope someone who owns both will do a photo comparison, though. I must say I rather like the way the picture of Willow on the card foe WWW appears to be leaning on the bubble. Nice touch that was not present on the other figures.

The individually carded WWWillows will only be available to people that pre-ordered them from MAC, people overseas (UK and Australia, I believe) or possibly through the DST online store once it opens. Other than that, you would have to try other online stores (more expensive though) or eBay.

According to DST, the individually carded one is identical to the Pre-Production figure, which is a little bit bigger than the other Willow figures. It's not a huge difference, but WWWillow is in a slightly larger scale.

I've just recieved an e-mail from Time and Space Toys, and they confirm that the boxset's White Witch Willow will come with the scythe, a blue tome book, and a closed spellbook. The base for the figure is also a wooden floor with silver pentagram on it.

I got my one from Forbiddenplanet.com today, it's great, but I can't wait for the fully articullatied one in the box set, and mine has the tinest chip in the end of it's nose that is realy annoying me, apart from that it's the best Willow yet.
