Honestly, the boxes they are mailing them in are paper thin... They would probably have been better off mailed it wrapped in News paper! Really? The first shipment I received had three figures in it, they were each in little individual white boxes packed nicely inside a big thick cardboard box. No problems there. This next shipment has three figures as well, so I was assuming they would be packed the same. At least I'm not a MOC collector, I can deal if the package is torn or bent. But I'll be upset if the figure's damaged.

I received all 6 of my Willows (one of each) on Friday from Diamond. Five were in the nice white Diamond shipping cartons and the WWW was in the less stout brown carton. All were packaged inside of a very sturdy Diamond distribution carton. Very well packaged and all arrived without damage. The paint jobs were fine as well, so I was lucky there. My boxed WWW, which I received earlier, had a little nose trouble, but the carded one looks great.
I'd say that If you're receiving more than just the carded WWW, then you shouldn't worry about the shipping. If it's on it's own .... prey.
I've been extremely impressed with Diamond for several reasons, and their shipping pakaging is right at the top of my list. Very well done. They could've easily shipped the Willows without the individual cartons for multiple figure orders, but they used them for extra protection.
They should repackage the poorly cartoned Moore WWWs for any single item shipments of that figure though.
Thanks Diamond!

I just ordered the one, and it got munched... But its ok... But some of the other pics I have seen on the boards were horrible! If I would have got one like that (because im a MOC collector) I would have rose so much hell!

Well, I got my second package a few days ago, containing Doppelgangland, regular and White Witch Willow, and I'm happy to say that the WWWillow is in perfect condition! No damage to the box, no funky paint job or nose problems. I'm a very happy customer right now. My Willow collection is now complete...if I ever get a World Tour Willow.

I am very upset because I haven't heard anything about my order. This is rediculous, I ordered my Willows a long time ago. Now their store is open, and White Witch Willow is frickin sold out?! I ordered a carded one along with a Vampire Willow back on Feb. 8th, and haven't heard anything since then. I emailed Chris at DST, but have recieved no reply.

Go to DST's store and click on "forgot password." Enter the email address you used for MAC's membership. Once you have your password, you can login to your account at DST and see if there are any orders pending or sent out already. If nothing shows up there, then you'll have to wait for DST to get back to you. You might also trying emailing customerservice@diamondselecttoys.com instead of emailing Chris directly. That's all I can offer.

Thanks for the tip, but when I did that I recieved a message," Oops, the email address you entered is not in our system, please sign up." If you were a MAC member, then I'd keep emailing DST or Chris. If you weren't, then I think you may be out of luck for the White Witch. You can still order the Vampire if you have to.

Chris already emailed me back saying that MAC couldn't fullfill any orders after 612. I am 626. Or was anyway. I signed up at the DST store. But is it different for old MAC members? Since I was one I would like any priviledges that everyone else would recieve. I just signed up like regular, should I have done it differently?
I guess I am screwed out of a White Witch Willow. Ebay here I come. I really have a big distaste for MAC. I hope we never have to deal with them ever again!

They're doing a LOT of work right now to make sure orders are filled. As with MAC, I'm sure "Sold Out" doesn't mean "All Gone." They may still have some for special cases.

I have a few extras. I ended up with way more than I bargained for as I ordered for a few people and then they decided to get the box set instead. So pm me if you want one...and I will see what I can do. I believe I have three extras..maybe more.

I was a MAC member as well, and had both orders lost. I ended up placing an entirely new order after the site went live. Prior to the site going live, I made repeated attempts to contact DST and have my order recreated, but they failed to follow through.
Even though they had multiple venues (MAC mailing list, here, etc...) to place a notice that orders had been lost, DST did not bother to do so. Even when presented with a customer who knew his/her order was lost, they didn't do anything to help.
Very disappointing customer service, IMO.

I placed my order for all six figures at MAC in Feburary. My order was 622. I had heard nothing from DST except a postcard to confirm my address. I tried logging in to their store using my MAC username/password but it was rejected. So I clicked "forgot Password", and they e-mailed me my password. It wasn't my password, but I was able to log into the store and then I changed my password. There was no evidence of my order. So I e-mailed customer service, which I had done before and gotten no response, asking about my MAC order. This time I got a reply from Chris the next day, saying they had entered all orders from MAC in April and mine was not included, but I could order from their store. Gee, thanks. Which I did, but the WWW is gone. Luckly I got a pre-production WWW from MAC. Hopefully the boxes will ship without damage, since I don't open the figures - I display them on my ever dissapearing walls.
