"Barbie" clothing to fit the Sideshow female body?

So, standard "Barbie" clothing will fit the Sideshow female body?

I'm interested in getting Sideshow Willow, but I'm not a fan of the fuzzy sweater and skirt, especially since Willow's face looks so "mature". Will regular "Barbie" jeans and shirt/jacket fit Willow?

I don't think that Barbie clothes would fit the Sideshow dolls. Barbie seems to be smaller in size.
