Hi, it's looking great so far ! One small thing though, there is something a bit off where the thumb tucks into his jeans. I can't quite say why, but it almost looks too flat under the knuckles and then the shaded area seems to make a line that looks like an extension of the thumb. Sorry to sound really petty but I love your work and just trying to be honest!

Thanks for the awesome comments Ha! Back to the "basics" (Buffy related )! Love it! ;D Spike also looks awesome! As always you really nailed the likeness and I can't wait to see the rest of this drawing. Lior; yeah it has been quite a while since I visited the Buffyverse in my drawings...Thought it was about time to explore the characters again if nothing but to see if my artistic style has progressed from my earilier drawings ;D Smilier not sure of which thumb you are refering to...the one on his crotch is hooked inside the top of his jeans so it can not be seen and the other thmb is partially hidden by the shadow of his coat. either way I will give it another look when I go to add color, Thanks again for your feedback

Blondie Bear!! Yeah!! Love the vibe with the hand in pants.. so Spike- such atttude! What i love about Spike is that he can be so badass.. and yet, has the heart of the poet.. Can't wait to see what you do in the background.. maybe the more tender vulnerable side.... just thinking...

Here is the Finished drawing. Featuring portraits of James Marsters as Spike and Sarah Michelle Geller as Buffy; This drawing was inspired by the song "Walk Through the Fire" from the episode "Once more With a Feeling" of the TV series Buffy The Vampire Slayer “Now through the smoke she calls to me, To make my way across the flame. To save the day, or maybe melt away. I guess it's all the same!
So I will walk through the fire, 'Cause where else can I turn?”Drawn with Prismacolor colored pencils with white acrylic highlights on Strathmore colored paper size 11" x 17" I appreciate constructive comments and feedback so please let me know what you think. I have prints of this drawing available for $15.00 + shipping if interested send me a PMBuffy the Vampire Slayer, Spike and all related characters and properties (including the reference photo used) are copyrighted by 20th Century Fox and Mutant Enemy Inc.

Let me be the first to say... It's phenomenal! That is one of the penultimate moments for the Buffy Spike relationship. I can hear the rising music and the rising... LOL... Again, another amazing composition, the likenesses are so realistic, the colors so perfectly integrated with the red (fire, spike's shirt) and the black (his signature) and the color of his captainperoxide hair!!! Can't wait to see this in person! It will be mine!! Kudos on another amazing piece!

Wonderful work! Great composition, the colour really brings it to life, I feel ashamed of my petty thumb quibble earlier! It's really beautiful - congratulations.

Outstanding - I especially admire the corner image of Spike. Do you use color pencils?
