I just have the 3 witches from series 1 and I think the likenesses are fairly good, but on the downside, some of the joints stand out. The room looks pretty good too. Overall, they go well with the BTVS figures.

Overall I thought they were worth it for the retail price that I paid at Suncoast a few years ago. I don't know what they are going for now. I bought them because they are in scale and in a similar style to the MAC Buffy figures and the room with stain glass windows was kinda neat.
I do remember that the packaging tended to fall apart so it may be hard to find in mint condition.

it's alright i don't plan on leaving them in the package i'd totally put them with the rest of my figures and it's good they fit in with them cause i have a ton of buffy/angel and other people
did they come with a lot of accessories?

A few accessories. One of them comes with the Book of Shadows (under-sized) and stand, another a mixing bowl and someone else comes with a ouji board (sp?). I think there are also a few potion bottles as well not to mention their extra "hands".
I sold my series 1 figures a while ago because I got tired of them always falling over and I didn't have room to display the attic play-set/base. I still have the second series and really like them since the likenesses are better and the added articulation is excellent. Plus, they're hot warrior/amazon witches - what's not to like? Gladiator Leo is also cool, although my Leo has very loose joints and tends to fall over a lot.
Cheers.

I thought the attic set was worth buying. I did like the series 2 figures a lot more, & they came with a very cool setting too. But if you are going to have Charmed figures on display...you really should have that attic.

Charmed is my favorite show of all time, I have loved it since 1998 when the first show started and have loved it since. Anyways the first series of Charmed figures are worth getting, if not for the attic playset itself. When you display the girls and Belthazor in it with the book and everything it looks great on a shelf. The second series is nice, but the episode and outfits are not my favorite but the likenesses are better then the first series. Since you are getting some Charmed items I would suggest getting a Book Of Shadows Replice, I bought one from Lapulia Studio and I love it., but thats just my opinion.

Yes, the Book Of Shadows I bought from lapulia Studio has just over 1,000 pages so I beleive that it has has all of the pages. Also I would suggest trying ebay to get the first series, becuase I have seen some peoplelist them for low prices.

Wasn't a huge fan of the Leo figure. I wasn't sure if the figure had a weak likeness or if mine is simply painted poorly.
Also, I know SOTA planned to do a Prue figure...I wonder if a prototype exists?

There was no prototype of Prue made (to my knowledge). Shannon Doherty refused to provide her likeness rights to SOTA so I don't think they ever bothered to invest time and money into producing a prototype. The original solicitation for Charmed series 1 did have some minor changes in terms of clothing. I think Piper was wearing a knee-length skirt instead of pants and Paige was in pants instead of the mini-skirt. I think Paige's hair was also originally planned to be red (as it was in the show at the time), but Rose McGowan then requested that the toys only be released with brown hair (which is why Valkyrie Paige comes with brown hair instead of the screen-accurate red hair). Found pics of the original prototypes: www.starstore.com/acatalog/Starstore_Catalogue_CHARMED_SERIES_1_ACTION_FIGURES__3155.htmlSOTA had also planned to release 12" dolls of Piper, Phoebe and Paige, but I'm not sure if images ever surfaced of their prototypes or not. My Leo from series 2 isn't too bad, but the paint-application on all Leo figures was terrible and they sculpted him with "sweaty" hair (plastered to his forehead) instead of giving him regular Leo hair which would have made more sense and also made for a better likeness (IMHO). Cheers.

Hey Wayne i'm glad your also a Charmed fan well for now im looking into the first series the second series looks good but i want the attic and yeah Leo looks wrong and Brian is actually a hot guy i don't remember in that episode of series 2 if his hair was supposed to be down or his usual spikey up too bad they never continued season 8 figures with Billie and a better Leo would've been cool and wow i never knew about the 12inch figures i think they should've gave the fans both verisons of series 1 with the different outfits and stuff because that be so cool as for Shannen not letting them do it well thats her lost dont be such a b!tch to people who make you who you are, especially for fans of hers who only watched the show when was in it. anyways thanks guys keep them coming

Well there you go. I think I like the original Paige more. That's odd about Rose not wanting her figures to have red hair!! They did release some colour variations for the series 1 figure didn't they?

^^^^
Yes. There are a number of variants of the girls. I think there is a Piper with red top (instead of white), Phoebe in a red and black outfit (instead of black, white and denim) and I think there were two variants of Paige, one with a green top and I think one with reverse colours (pink skirt, white top) - but I'm not sure on the variants as I've never seen them other than on the web.
Cheers.
