He PM'd me a few days ago but I have not gotten back to him because I have not had a proper chance to really respond.
I just logged on to look at your wanted figures from the Buffy line so that I could pad our deal because I have not been able to send your package. I will be shipping it tomorrow and you will have some VERY nice surprises in it. I'm sorry it has taken so long, I think you will be happy when you get your package. I will send you the shipping information tomorrow.

Update 11/17- I had a bad transaction with eternalus. I paid 2 months ago for figures, he never shipped which is bad enough. Once I brought a paypal dispute, he kept me hanging, expecting to receive the items and promised free gifts too. Nothing ever showed. Had to file a paypal complaint which was just awarded in my favor. Would not do business with them again. Be warned.

I feel the need to give neutral feedback to 2tone.
I've dealt with him three times(that I can remember).
The first time, I ordered pieceworks. One of the items were wrong, but I was sent a refund for that, and he sent other free stuff as a gift.
The second time, I bought two sideshows because it was cheap and boxes(or just one box, can't remember) were promised. They both arrived in a small badly packed box, and one sideshow was broken. I was refunded for the broken sideshow and for the missing box, but once again, I was unsure if I would have made the deal if I had known I wouldn't get the box. However, I didn't ask him to send the box to me for free, which I guess I could have done.
The third time I knew to expect very slow shipping, long time between responses(I tried to email him this time and it went faster, he almost never seem to check his PMs here) and maybe a broken item, but the tiki I orderd was so cheap and I thought that in worse case senario I could get a full refound. So after a few months(I didn't nag him, I told him to take his time), the tiki arrived today, and it was perfectly fine. I had been promised free gifts for the trouble, but non arrived. I guess he forgot about that(he said that in November). Also, he said he sent the item on the 17th of January and said the items would be with me within a couple of weeks, but apparently he hadn't scratched the label hard enough or something, so the item was sent by boat, instead of air, so it didn't arrive until yesterday. Not sure what that means, but I assume it wasn't his fault.
Anyhow, I feel like I should warn future buyers that they might not get the item they want or as fast as they want. But he seems to be a honest guy who always have refunded me so far.

I hate to even post here, I'm never one to complain. But I am making a fair warning of Jsebold87. A while ago - AKA - Aug 27, 2009, 7:56pm. Jsebold87 offered a trade, I give her a rather long list of items which included a NECA figure, few parts and a few books(which I have mailed to her and she has) for a Lady GaGa custom. In which I was going to give to a very close friend as a thank-you present for introducing me to GaGa herself - literally. But since August, there has always been a different excuse. Now I wouldn't of minded if she could not do the custom, I'd rather know than be strung along or kept in the dark of it's progress, to even know if shes started! The fact is, I told this person about a little gift I am having created for them by an amazing sculpter of the gorgeous GaGa, to then tell them I have heard nothing from the creator for a long time. They seem to have forgotten about it themselves, so it really isn't all that bad, I'm guessing just a bigger hug when I see them again in June is accounted for. All I can really say is, Jsebold87 you can keep the items as a little birthday present, as I understood it was some days ago. I still see you posting on the forum, and you leave my PM left un-read, even though it was sent a good twenty days ago. Thanks alot .

I didn't want to do this, but I thought it was time that I posted about Jsebold87.
She contacted me back on Nov. 4, 2009 to see if I would be interested in a trade, some items from my sales thread for 2 Buffy customs made by her. I agreed but held off shipping her the items until she'd completed the customs for me, which I'm glad I did. I contacted her in early January to find out the status of the customs and was told 'I plan on trying to get them finished up for you sometime this week.' That didn't happen.
At the end of February, I pm'd her and told her that after 3 months, I was tired of waiting and tried to call the trade off. She asked that I give her until the end of the week to finish them up and that she'd throw in some extra goodies for my patience. A few days after that, she told me 'I know I'll finish up one for sure, but I'm really trying for both' and wanted to know if a partial trade was ok. I told her it was but now it's a month later and I've not gotten a a response back or seen any customs. Since it's been 4 months since we agreed on this trade, and a month without any contact from her, I've assumed she's not going to come through with the customs.
The whole time that I was waiting for my customs, Jess was continuing to flood ebay with auctions for custom commissions. Seems to me, if you're that back logged with commissions, the last thing you'd do is try to sell more and dig yourself deeper into the hole you're in.

I've dealt with Jess several times, and sometimes she does take awhile to ship items. But in my experience she has always come through on her end of the deal.

Guys I'm really sorry about all of these issues. I've had a lot of bad stuff going on in my life recently, and quite literally it's been hell for over a year now.
I hate that I've hurt you guys, but I've just been so distracted by what's been going on in my life lately that it's been incredibly hard to concentrate on anything else.
I've also had home internet problems for these past few days (and over the past few weeks), and have had problems using the internet at all right now. So I haven't been able to answer all PM's yet.
Plus a few days ago I got a really bad virus on my home computer so I'm stuck working on the library's computers.
BennyGaGa, I have been working on your Lady GaGa custom, and it's almost finished, I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to answer your PM yet.
sunnydale, I explained my situation to you in a lot of detail what was going on in my life, and you made it clear that if I couldn't get those 2 customs finished by the end of that one week you didn't want them anymore, so when I couldn't make that deadline (even though I was close), I took you at your word that you didn't want them anymore.
I have every intention of coming through on all of my deals, I'm not out to steal things or to ruin my reputation. I've just been going through some incredibly bad times in my life and I got extremely distracted and unfocused on my commissions.
For that I do apologize. I'm incredibly sorry, and I feel horrible about it.

This forum member won an auction of mine on ebay. After winning he then told me he wanted to take 3 months to pay. I told him no and put in a nonpaying bidder alert in order to get my final value fee back.
At no point did he contact me prior to bidding to ask if this was ok. He jut assumed.
I wasn't even going to bother to bring it up here, but two days ago he left me neutral feedback on ebay.
Just wanted to let you guys know. His ebay name is wyc9.
Avoid him at all costs

let's go with the whole story here:
Browncoat sent me this message on ebay:
Dear wyc9,
You dont pay for an auction and you leave me negative feedback??? i wasnt even going to bring this up on the btvsforum. you fucking cunt
- slayerette3
in response I said:
Dear slayerette3,
I didn't leave you negative feedback, I left you neutral feedback. There's a HUGE difference! And because you were unwilling to work with me on a payment plan, I now have an unpaid strike on my ebay account. That's right, I said "PAYMENT PLAN"----I was willing to PAY for the items, I just couldnt do it all at once. You were the one unwilling to budge. And I'm not "A fucking cunt", how professional of you! I survive on disability checks, because of my cerebral palsy, so I only get $700 a month.
- wyc9
----------------------
I communicated with her several times via message on ebay and she wouldn't budge, she insisted she needed payment immediately. I told her I couldn't do that, and she opened a case against me on eBay. Now I have an unpaid strike on my account forever. I explained how it was my mistake to assume a payment plan was ok, I told her that in past dealings with board members payment plans always worked before. That didn't matter to her, she still opened a case against me.
Was I in the wrong to bid on items before asking her? Yes. Could she have been more understanding and tried to work with me? Yes.

Shiloh, as much as I'm sorry to hear you're having financial difficulties, you need to understand that as a seller its not Browncoat's responsibility to accept anything other than the terms she stated in her auction, including the payment options.
For this matter, I myself a seller on ebay and would not agree for a long term payment from my buyers. Its a business not social services and if a buyer cannot afford to buy by sellers terms he/she shouldn't bid.
Had you contacted her beforehand and she'd agree to split your payment then backed off the agreement this would have been a fair reason to give her negative/neutral feedback.
But since you never asked and eventually failed to follow the terms of condition you initially agreed to once you hit that "Place Bid" button, your feedback is out of place and she was right to report you.
Even more, if it was me, I would have reported your feedback as well and ebay would have canceled it due to the circumstances.

Even more, if it was me, I would have reported your feedback as well and ebay would have canceled it due to the circumstances. First of all, she reported me first, WAY BEFORE I left her any feedback. And that's why I left the feedback as "neutral", because she reported me. She made it seem like to eBay authorities that I hadn't contacted her and refused to pay for the items. All of which are untrue. In fact, here are the "terms" of her auction listing, and none of those "terms" stated she required immediate payment. If it did, I wouldn't have placed bids. If you check ebay's " Accepted Payments Policy", you can only use the methods they offer - all of which require cleared payment. This is an ebay policy which meant to protect both the seller and the buyer. Also, if you check the unpaid item process: pages.ebay.com/help/sell/unpaid-items.htmlOnce you win the item, you are obligated to send a cleared payment, failing so the seller must give you 8 days to pay (4 days to open the case and 4 more to pay) and she had no obligation to offer other methods not to mention that other methods mean paying with ebay approved methods otherwise she'd have no protection from fraud. And last but not least, according to ebay "Safe trading tips for buyers": I'm sorry but in this specific case, you used bad judgment and Browncoat did everything every other seller would do when buyer won't pay for an item on time. Any item you buy on ebay, you must send a full payment paypal policy says: answercenter.ebay.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1000217340&tstart=18If she had agreed to split your payment she would have lost Seller protection and there is no reason for seller to do so.

I am in a similar situation with Jess. I have been a loyal trader, customer, and I thought friend to her for many years. I am very saddened by her apparent lack of consideration for those folks who have supported her throughout her customizing career here. I really feel hurt when I see her post so many random customs without any word on the status of the one I commissioned almost a year ago now.

Guys, like I've told both of you before, I'm working on these. I am incredibly backed up with commissions. That family stuff I went through put me so far behind it's not even funny, I feel incredibly bad about this.
& Benny GaGa I did PM you a couple of times with updates, I never heard back from you.
I am trying so hard to get these done, but there is only so much I can get done at a time. I don't want to rush your projects.
I do not have a lack of consideration for my buyers, not at all. It's just I have so much going on and that I'm trying to get caught up on that's it entirely stressing me out.
Posting the random customs I have been, are to get caught up on my commissions. Those are old ones too, I need to get them done. Am I not supposed to post anything new?
I apologize for not PMing people back, I am spending a ton of time trying to get caught up on these commissions and I don't have a lot of extra time to PM all the time.
I'm under a tremendous amount of stress just thinking about all the commissions I have to get caught up with. I'm not one of those people who runs into a problem here on this forum, and then runs for cover and never is seen again, like we've seen many members do here. I want to make it right, and get everything done that I set out to do, not screw people over.

Guys. I'm not trying to butt into this problem, but i've been reading the last few posts and it seems as if you are not considering the fact that we are ALL human here. We all know that Jess does come through with great customs(with MORE time), and we know she is not 'out to get our money and never come back'. As you can see she seems to be under alot of pressure, and stress. (WE DO NOT LIVE ON THIS FORUM, WE HAVE LIVES, AND JOBS) Right now she is just looking for good and UNDERSTANDING people to be just a tad bit more patient with her.

To the ones complaining about Jess, I have one question for you. Have you paid her already for your commission? If so, then I understand why you're upset. However, if you haven't paid her yet, then I fail to see the problem here. We've all played the waiting game at some point in getting commissions done.
I have the utmost respect for Wayne and am not mad at him whatsoever. However, I commissioned him to make me a figure back in December 2008, and I'm still waiting. Since then he has made countless other figures and statues. But I don't bitch because he hasn't completed my figure yet. He said he will, I believe him, and will just have to continue to be patient. So please remember the next time ya'll complain about waiting for a commission, I have been waiting for one since December 2008.
