I received the custom she owed me, but that it. I didn't get anything else that we had for our deals but I really don't care because I got rid of my collection and this figure will fit nicely with the few customs I kept.
I dont come on the board a whole lot anymore but just wanted to give you my update

I had a long talk with Val on IM last night. What she's been through personally the last four months is just devastating. I really feel for her.
She also takes responsibility for not getting back to people, though her computer was also broken and she's banned from using it for personal reasons at work. The main problem was intensely personal, so I agreed not to share it publicly. She says that she doesn't blame others for being angry with her. She is working hard to make everything right with everyone.
I'm so glad to know that most people have received what was owed to them. I had a feeling that it was an extreme situation that created her unexplained absence. Val had always been responsible and generous to a fault before a series of difficult and finally tragic events hit her four months ago.

Just wanted to update that I received my customs from Val and have also been in contact with her via e-mail. As others have mentioned, she has definitely been going through some rough times (I won't go into detail) but it sounds like things are better now. I hope everyone has received what they were waiting on.

I'm sure that those who know her hardships feel sorry for her. However, Val (Buffyville) is not a member of this forum any more.
CMK removed her membership as soon as she caused all this grief for so many BtVSFigs Forum members. I completely support him on this and I would not want her to be reinstated. We need to protect this community.
I'm glad she's managed to make up for most of the damage. I'm sure she'll feel better and many members will be kind enough to forgive her.
This thread has been discussing Val for months. I think it is time to stop. She's no longer a member. Let her move on and let us move on as a community. She should no longer be the focus of so much attention.
Let this thread go back to what it was intended to be, one post from each member, listing their unsuccessful buy/sell/trade experiences. By all means, include your Val story in your list, but leave it at that.

I had an Unsuccessful Transcation with Willow I didnt want to write anything, but she wont respond to any of my numerous PM's! Back in early July I requested some cards, and drifted off, but by late July I asked if they were still around, and I got a yes answer on Aug 7, I sent the money, $21 cash, a few days after. I sent it along with other money, and everyone said they got it, including Willow. By Aug 20 I asked if the cards were sent and she said that she forgot them in the car and would send them the next day. She has the cash and the cards and isnt replying to anything Im asking. Ive said 'Just let me know that you'll send them so that I dont have to write something negative' but I havent heard from her since Aug 20 when she said: Hi,
I thought I sent the cards but I forgot them in my car when I mailed alot of other things but the address is meesed up and I cant tell what it is could you give me your address again and I'll get them out tomorrow.
Its been 3 weeks since then and no cards. She has my address, she has my money, she has my cards. I didnt want to write anything negative but hopefully shell see this and itll remind her that she STILL hasnt sent the pieceworks cards of Buffy, Angel and Leo. So, Im sorry to say, Willow was a terrible person to transact with and rude for not telling me the truth and just sending my money back, Id understand if she decided to keep them and sent back the money, but she wont even respond to me. Just checked and she had posted something on Sept 3, so shes obviously just ignoring my PM's! No more transactions for me, she ruined it!

Well, there's another person to add to the list! I know of 4 people now, including myself, that have had bad transactions with her. I also bought cards from Willow. She has my address, money and cards. I e-mailed her saying I would have like a refund, or her to send the cards, but nothing has worked.... until a few days ago. She finally replied to my message saying that she did send them after the payment cleared via Paypal, which was a week later than she told me So, it's now been over a month since I purchased these back in August, and I have received nothing She is a crap person to deal with, and tells constant lies. I wouldn't recommend dealing with her in the future. Like Shannon said, she posts replies in her own post, but doesn't do anything about month old transactions.

didn't want to write about this since i had very good transaction in the past with Willow but she does own me for over 100$ of things, even some i buy on ebay!
but i got a reply from her today, i guess i'll just wait and see what happen next...

I too have had a bad transaction with Willow.
I bought something off of her on the 5th of August and have not received it.
She took ages to respond to my PM, and when she did she gave me the same story she gave everyone else: that she posted it a few days after payment was made.
Well there is just no way that the post office has lost all our items!
Not only am i extremely pissed off to have been taken for a ride, i am even more angry at the lies she keeps telling. Plus, she is still posting in the buy/sell thread, even though there are 5 people (at least) who haven't got their items yet.
I thought buying off her would be okay, she has heaps of good feedback, but alas, i am out US$66.
I'll update this post if i ever get my item, or a refund.

what she said to me is that she had send alot of box the today mine was supposed to have been ship, but she tell me she had forgetten it at the back o her car!
well l believed her until yesterday when i saw people starting to post in here!...
i'm out of 150$, money i could have buy the angel/spike line and xander/cordy line with and not being ripped off...
i really hope everythings come clear with willow as she did was a good seller some month ago!

I too, have had a recent purchase from Willow, mine was processed on the 23rd, so I still have time to file a dispute, but I reccomend just emailing Willow with your concerns, and filing a paypal dispute if you do not have much time left to file one. If you sent a check, try calling the bank and cancelling it. The best thing to do is email, as for a refund or where the item is, and take further action to getting your money back. I'm looking at the positive, that Willow has just gone out of town or has personal hardships going on, as other sellers have, and that people will get their items. But please, file those disputes, so at least you are covered if he ends up not following through.

Well, she sent me a picture of the recepit for my cards. They were sent on the date she said, but I don't understand why they haven't reached me? Still, I have put my claim in. But here will be trouble if I don't get either my purchases, or my money back
