Hey Guys and Gals! As mentioned earlier, I wanted to start a new banner competition, so here it is! Welcome to the first Banner Challenge!
The first Challenge will be to make a banner featuring Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode 5.22 "The Gift".
The Rules:
- Only ONE Entry may be submitted. No more than that. If you do happen to send me more than one, I will ask you to choose only one of them to be you entry.
- Entries will have a size limit, The maximum size being 605 x 195 pixels and the minimum size being 400 x 125 pixels. If you are not sure exactly how to tell the size, examples can be seen here:
- Banners must focus on a scene from the given episode. It may be any scene or moment from the episode but it might be wise to make the banner representative of the episode.
- Try to implement your own style, so we get some variety. Looking at the same type of graphics can get a little boring and people may loose interest.
- Most importantly, have fun! Enjoy creating your banners and help make this first challenge a great one!
You have from Now untill May 17th to send in your entry. After the ending date is up and I have received all the entries, I will host them all onto a photobucket account and will post them all at once. The Banners will be voted upon in a week’s time, and the Winning banner will be posted. The Winner will also receiving a Ribbon (or Seal) that will be placed on the banner.
If you wish to enter this challenge, please leave a note in this thread so I know how many to expect! I look forward to seeing all of your creative styles in work, and let the best banner maker win!
Good Luck!
-Andrew
