If you had the chance to marry one person from the Buffyverse, who would it be and why? I don't think I'd marry any of them. If I were single, I'd happilly have a tryst with Spike, but not James Marsters. There's a big difference between those two. Spike's passionate, fun and intense, so that's why Lorne would be fun to have as a best friend. He's funny, supportive, insightful, and doesn't take life too seriously. But I wouldn't want to marry anyone on either of those shows. What is your favorite your action figure so far? This one is always so hard for me. I love them all. I adore my Lady Buffy of Buffonia and Becoming Darla customs made by Alyrenee. Of the regular figures, I really like the season 5 Angel figure and the FFL Spike. I think those two have the best likenesses of any figures. Did you ever watch cartoons growing up? if so, which were your favorite? I loved the Super Friends, which is now redone as The Justice League of America. We had only one TV, so my little brother and I would fight over watching the Super Friends or Godzilla. I hated that damned Godzukey character. What was that about? Just as annoying as Scrappy Doo. Later, I loved the Smurfs. Even on Saturday mornings in high school I would lay on the couch with a hangover and watch the Smurfs, while eating Oreos and milk. It was as much stimulation as I could take. I stopped drinking at 16 (see Drinking thread). I haven't watched to many cartoons since then, with the exception of Pinky and the Brain, the Simpsons, Family Guy, and South Park. OK, it seems like I watch more cartoons now than when I was a kid!

Who do you think was best for Willow (Oz, Tara, or Kennedy)?
If you could change one thing that happened in any season of Buffy what would it be?
What was your least favorite character on Buffy or Angel and why?
Do you have any phobias? (ex. : afraid of the dark or heights).

Awesome questions, Jess! Who do you think was best for Willow (Oz, Tara, or Kennedy)? I think this one is a hard one. As far as who was best for Willow, I think it was Tara. Tara understood Willow's issues with magic and tried to keep Willow in balance. I think Tara had really great intuition and insight. I always liked Tara so much more after she helped Buffy with the Spike situation in season 6. Tara had a lot of wisdom, IMO. But I didn't really like her personality. I liked Kennedy's personality best. I didn't like how rude Kennedy was to Buffy, but I liked that she was sassy with Willow and brought Willow out of her shell. I always liked Oz, but I thought the way he left without any closure was pretty unforgivable. If you could change one thing that happened in any season of Buffy what would it be? I would have Joyce not die. I didn't like how that left Buffy having to shoulder the whole Dawn burden on her own. If Joyce had to die, then I would have liked Giles to stay in Sunnydale through all of season 6 and 7. I know that Tony Head wanted to move back to England, so they had to write him off the show somehow. However, I think the logic was faulty that Buffy, this 21 year old, was supposed to handle the responsibility of raising a teenager with no funds. The whole arc pissed me off. I would have had Buffy become a police officer, or security guard at least, instead of fast food worker. How is she going to pay the bills on $600 a month from DoubleMeat Palace? And shouldn't Willow and Tara be paying rent? Buffy and Dawn's dad should have been paying child support for Dawn, or it would have been taken out of his paycheck, or personal assets by the District Attorney's office. The plot had so many holes, just so they could make Buffy's life so dreary. She was a slayer, not a single mother. If I could have two things, then I'd have Xander marry Anya. Why couldn't one couple have at least a semblance of happiness? Xander would have married her. He was that guy. What was your least favorite character on Buffy or Angel and why? My least favorite character was probably Connor. Second least was Joyce. Even after Joyce found out her daughter was the Slayer, she still didn't give her emotional support or credit for what an immense responsibility Buffy carried. But I think Connor annoyed me the most. Do you have any phobias? (ex. : afraid of the dark or heights). Heights make me a little freaky. I'm OK in spaces like an elevator or closet, but something the size of a coffin would give me claustrophia. I need to have space to move my arms, at least.

Okay,
favorite musical?
Favorite theme park ride?
Favorite level of Chaos Bleeds, if you've played it?
Okay, I also thought that I would do some theoretical buffy situations, I think their fun!
1) After you were kicked out of the summer's home in season 7, would you return and forgive them?
2) If you were dawn, and were on your way out of sunnydale with xander, would you let him take you, or would you stay and fight?
3) If you were in buffy's position during chosen and was only allowed to have five scoobies go down in the hellmouth with you, who goes?

OK, I am a musical FREAK! I love them. I sing them all day. I make up my own words to their tunes. I was named after two musicals by my mom (The Sound of Music and West Side Story). I dated the son of the guy who played Rolf in the movie the Sound of Music. My mom thought it was destiny! LOL. I have a lot of favorite songs from musicals. Around the house I often sing Cruella DeVille, Big Spender, You're in Love (the duet from Call Me Madam), Without You (from My Fair Lady) (the lyrics include: "They'll be Spring every year, without you, England still will be here without you... I can do bloody well without YOU!" I used to love the Sound of Music, until that jerk broke my heart. Now he lives in a Buddhist monastery in India, seeking enlightenment. IMO, narcissists CANNOT become enlightened. But whatever. I digress. Apres the Rolf debacle, my favorite musical is probably My Fair Lady, followed by Dirty Dancing, which is more of a dance movie, but so hot every time. Oklahoma is pretty fun. Chicago rocks. I listen to that and Moulin Rouge in my car all the time. Favorite theme park ride? Soaring Over California at California Adventures. It's hands down the best ride I've ever been on. Second place is Spider-Man at Islands of Adventure in Orlando, FL. Third place is Indiana Jones. Favorite level of Chaos Bleeds, if you've played it? I assume that's a video game. I have never passed Ms. Pac Man in my video game abilities. I haven't played a video game since I was in junior high (1983). I'm so old that I played the first video game: Pong! Okay, I also thought that I would do some theoretical buffy situations, I think their fun! 1) After you were kicked out of the summer's home in season 7, would you return and forgive them? I'm so glad that Buffy returned and forgave them. I would hope that if it were me, I would have found some room for compromise, before it came to me leaving in the first place. I tend to be more egalitarian than Buffy was at that time. But if they had not been willing to discuss it and had kicked me out, then I fear I would not have been as big a person as Buffy. I have a hard time letting go of outright betrayals like that. But that's why she's the hero, right? 2) If you were Dawn, and were on your way out of Sunnydale with Xander, would you let him take you, or would you stay and fight? I hope I would have stayed and fought. Though the stun gun was a bit extreme. I guess in the long run it's more humane than a blow to the head. Studies show that people with blows to the head tend to develop Alzheimer's. I worry for Giles! 3) If you were in buffy's position during chosen and was only allowed to have five scoobies go down in the hellmouth with you, who goes? OK, now we are getting into an area where I have some really strong opinions. I think that season 7 was so weak in how it made the whole season about "Oh, we could never fight off this big bad and his army of Ubervamps." I understand that they did it to create drama and tension for the finale, but it was so tired and unnecessary. Even if they hadn't gotten the Spike necklace and Willow Slayer army idea, they could have fought those Ubervamps in other unconventional ways, just like when they went out of the box to fight Glory. 1. Where was that Trolly hammer. Someone should have fought with that. 2. Contacted Riley or the Initiative again and gotten supplies of napalm, flame throwers, and rocket launchers, grenades, whatever would set those legions of vamps on fire. They already had one rocket launcher from the whole Judge thing. Or couldn't Angel have provided that with his new Wolfram and Hart suppliers? Or Wesley? He had access to all kinds of weapons. OK, that would have covered it, I think. But to answer your question, Spike, Willow, Faith, Kennedy, and Giles would probably be the 5 best fighters.

How do I answer this, Gerry? Nebraska California, Philadelphia, and South Korea Bad. Glad that whole being a minor under the power of bad parents is behind me. Therapy has helped me recover and being a counselor lets me help other people recover from crappy childhoods.

What's the last movie that you saw in the theater? Chronicles of Narnia. I was addicted to the books when I was a kid. I was a bit disappointed in the movie, probably because my expectations were so high. Which figure would you like to be seen made the most? Harmony! Then Jenny Calendar. But that's because Glory is already planned, or she'd be number 2. Then Gunn. Which Buffy character can you relate to the most? -Jess That's a hard one. I'm going to have to think about that.

Which forum member/members do you see the most of yourself in? Would you rather be an insanely tall red headed woman, or an insanely red headed tall woman? Oh Matt, fishing for compliments? I relate to your silly side. I relate to a lot of the members of this forum in different ways. Chad Michael Murray...OR VERNE TROYER?!?! Oh Verne, all the way. He's that mini-me guy, right? Would you rather be an insanely tall red headed woman, or an insanely red headed tall woman? Insanely red-headed tall woman, cuz I could always die my hair back to sanely red-headed, or brunette. Or I could just go with being insanely red-headed and marry Scullow. Hey Scullow, I know your weakness!

Who is the love of your life? My husband. He is the first person who ever made me feel truly loved and accepted for who I am. After ten years together, I'm more in love than ever. I feel so blessed to be with him. He is kind, fun, silly, tender and extremely giving. We have tons of fun every day. Who has touched you the most on this forum? And Why? I've connected with so many people on this forum. If I start naming names, I'm bound to forget someone important. I just love this place. I'll have to get back to this when I have more time to really do it justice. What character are you most like from Buffy or Angel? I think there is a part of me that is like Cordy in high school. I'm not mean to people at all, but I tend to speak my mind and am very direct. I had a sharp tongue when I was young and can still pull that out when the moment calls for it. But like Cordy on Angel, I use my powers for good now. I have always cared about the underdog, but had a hard exterior when I was younger. But I believe that life is about what you can do for others. So I guess in general, I am most like Cordy in her evolution. But I wasn't popular in high school, and I was always good to people who were good people. So that is the big difference. Favorite movie of all time? That's so hard to choose. A few have been my favorites over the years. Casablanca The Princess Bride Dirty Dancing (In high school) Grease (In elementary school) Fragile by Sting. That song takes me to places nothing else ever has. It's magic. Favorite Strong Female role model? Oprah Favorite Place you've visited? Tie between Scotland and Thailand LEAST Favorite Place you've visited? Manilla. You can't even breathe in that city. The air is the worst I've ever seen. Angelina.. Ho or Heroine? Bit a' both. Jennifer Aniston...... Hot or homely? Hot and hilarious Britney...... Superstar or trashy mom? Trashy superstar mom How many animals do you own? They own me, honey. Both of them. Can you post a pic of yourself as a child? I can and I will. First love? Name and story? Mike. What beautiful boy he was. Sweet and loved me. Gorgeous. Hot body. What a stupid 15 year old I was to dump that boy. Wish I could have appreciated him, but I liked the bad boys. I had a lot of growing up to do. Favorite Book, Recent and Ever? Probably either Beloved or The Mists of Avalon. They both had a profound effect on me. American Idol.... Outrageous or Overrated? Apparently, the initial auditions are orchestrated and the judge's reactions are faked and edited in later. But I love Kelly Clarkson. I think it's great that they give unknowns a chance they wouldn't have had. I don't like how mean Simon is. I don't watch it. How does it feel answering all these personal questions? Fun! Subject you had most difficulty with in school? Chemistry, then math Favorite Childhood Memory? Getting a Sindy Dream House for Christmas. Shallow, but there it is. Don't have too many good memories from childhood. Most of the good ones involve my grandfather. He is the inspiration of my life.

How is your Darla-gate collection coming along and what exactly do you do with them anyway? lol Wouldn't you like to know! That's a great question. The collection is coming quite well, thanks to several lovely board members, like Digi Leo, Buffyville, Tommy, and especially Jess. No thanks to my dear friend Mattitude who has had since last November to send my Reunion Darla as part of a trade. What's your damage, Matt? J/K. He's the one friend I can talk to like that, especially since he calls me "granny." I'll post pics of my project tomorrow. I'm building a tower to heaven with them! No. But something is definitely getting bigger! Wait and be surprised.
