Yeah it is quite popular (including season 4 promo shots), but weird how all new products from both DST and Sideshow, which the public gets to see for the first time feature the same colors.

Is this all they have for Buffy figures? That's kind of Lame! But I love this Buffy...I might have to consider getting her. My wife said I could, but I have to justify it first because I'm really going to want those statues.

It seems like so much money when she isn't much different other than the hair. I would think that her shirt would've even been untuck with no sleeves as the Season 4 Promo pics were and her "Grad Day" outfit was. I really wish that they would change her outfit as it does look like a mere custom. I really do hope that they show more, although isn't that what they are supposed to do on Tuesday.

Well, this alternate version goes better with the PF Spike than the original, since Season One Buffy hadn't even met him yet.

While I really like the new look of this PF Buffy, I kinda wish that if Sideshow decided to use that hairstyle on the Buffster and did not go with a totally different season2 look, then they should have just totally jumped seasons and done "Lessons" mom-hair Buffy. The face looks perfect for it...

While i really love the look of the head, i don't think i'll get it. It's too much money to spend on a similiar-ish item (to buy a pf here it costs US$350, more if you get it direct from sideshow). I also don't like the outfit. I don't get what it's meant to be from. It's not from the promo shot or grad day. I think they could have easily picked better clothes.

I do love that they are continuing the pf line, but i am not liking this 'alternate' stuff. It's different if it's a 12", but when it's this dear....

I hope she sells out tho, i want them to keep on making pf's.


edit: if for some reason sideshow make this version cheaper (yeah, right!) then i may change my mind!

She's pretty cool. I'd never spend $250.00 on her though. I would consider the Spike though...
It just seems like the Buffy's are roughly based on her look, but not completely and that bugs me.

For that amount of money we should be getting a perfect Buffy from Once More, With Feeling or something like that.
