Just noticed from Flanatics pics that Xander is holding a sword with green-blood stains. I just opened my Xander recently which has sword with red-blood stains instead... pictured above held by Oz. Is the green-blood stained sword an alternative Exclusive accessory? BTW, I just opened and displayed Angel from the Buffy series today. Angel looks must better than expected displayed...! Photos coming soon...

Yup, the exclusive came with the yearbook and the sword with green blood on it. And I totally agree with you on Angel looking better out of the box. When we first got ours I didn't think he looked that great while he was still boxed and was amazed at the difference when I took him out.

Woopee! Here's Angel looking great... With Spike... BTVS gang: BTW, how do you all find the lighting in the photos? Too many shadows over the figures?

Finally had time to setup that doorway background around the new BTVS figures. Angel vs. Spike Xander, a Gentlemen & Oz All together with Buffy Does the overhead lighting seem too close to the top figures? They do emit some heat for 10W halogen lights, so I didn't place any of the figures directly underneath, but that may change soon as I get more figures.

Thanks again for the compliments. Actually I'm still new to photo-taking and only using a pocket digital camera with simple editing software. At least now I've got better lighting having moved most of my collections to a new house. Angel's pose? Using Jedi moves waving hand ... haha... I'd like to try building up a more complete Buffy environment using the door backdrop as main feature. Does anyone know where I might be able to download stone wall and floor pattern which could be printed as backdrops? I'm gradually collecting bits and pieces from other collectible toys to use as accessories at 1/6 scale or close to it. I recently came across what seems to be a 1/6 scale coffin. Might be a good environment prop but feeling would be bad omen to have in the house. Plus the renown vampires in BTVS don't seem to reside in coffins Too bad maybe... it even came with a skeleton... well, if anyone is really keen on the coffin, I could help pick it up and ship over.

Those pics are awesome fishyahoo. The display of the magic stuff is awesome, and where did you get that chair Willow is sitting on? -John

Thanks for the compliments. Those pics are awesome fishyahoo. The display of the magic stuff is awesome, and where did you get that chair Willow is sitting on? -John The chair comes from Barbie fashion accessories. There seems to be a lot of other Barbie related furniture at reasonable prices but detail aren't as good as Sideshow or other 1/6 scale collectible companies. I totally adore those magic scenes with Willow, Oz and Xander! Where did you get all those great accessories?! The accessories come from quite a few different sources: + crystal ball & rug = Harry Potter's Little Lessons set by Mattel + crystal ball table stand = Mononofu set + candlesticks = Wanda action figure from Spawn by MacFarlane + PC notebook = 1/6 scale accessory from Hot Toys or Dragon + pillow under Vampyre book and Xander's can drink = Barbie fashion series (with the earlier mentioned chair) Alternative shirt, jacket and shoes for Xander and Oz are mixture of gear from DID and Hot Toys figures. I think they look much better... Oz looks very 'real' in the last photo. I tried a variation of this scene with Xander and Oz holding the candlesticks which may look even better. I've still got mix of other accessories to try out different scenes... looking forward to setting up something with Graduation Day Buffy. Hopefully got some time this weekend. Stay tuned...

Amazing display ! The pose are really natural. You found great accessories ! I especially like the new clothes and shoes you put on Xander and Oz). You have really the sense of detail. My favorite pic is Willow doing a spell with Xander and Oz.

Released The Master today for display... I can't quite seem to get the arms & hands close enough to the body to pose like the photos shown on the box. It seems the black tunic is too tightly fitted around the joins restricting movement. Plus the sleeves seem a bit short so part of the forearms are showing... which are different skin tone from the hands. Any of you have the same problem? Would be good too if could add a flame to a candle...

Got Oz a decent looking guitar but it looks kinda oversized... what do you guys think?

No, the guitar doesn't look oversized. I wish I could display my sideshow figures like that but I don't have enough place to do that. I really really how you display the Master. You could sculpt the flame. Where did you find this base ?

Found that the scene looked better with Xander and Oz holding the candlesticks so here's the revised photo: Hello everyone! Long hiatus for me, but I'm sorta back. I've ended up with some extra 'mystic' accessories for Willow. There's the crystal ball, rug, scroll, table, jugs, mugs, cauldron, etc. Not all are pictured above.... will get to more picture taking soon. If there's interest in these accessories I could consider a trade / sale. LMK. Thanks.
